Firstly,
Sorry for the combined review, I buy three different mushroom supplements and just couldn't bring myself to write completely separate reviews for all of them. Especially with how I write lol. That being said I've noticed a significant improvement in my mental and physical health issues and I've now got my wife taking them too! We've both been taking Changa, Lion's Mane, and Reishi supplements twice a day for several months now. I read that splitting up the dose into two times/day (especially Lion's Mane), can help give an added boost of the positive effects. This is totally true! I definitely notice a nice pick me up after I take my second dose in the afternoon, say goodbye to the 3 O'clock slump! Let me just say, my mood is far more elevated when taking these as is my energy and mental focus! I am AuDHD and this helps my attention span and focus soooo much! I'm about to start nursing school too and I'm so VERY glad I've already started these supplements, they're literal lifesavers!
Do yourself a favor and GET THESE! I love these mushrooms and will be taking them for life! I've taken them while on stimulants as well as off stimulants, for months at a time. These supplements allow me to actually function sans Vyvanse! Though, depending on how much motivation I require in a particular day, I will need to supplement with tea or coffee at times. However, I feel like Ginko and/or Ginseng would be just as helpful as the caffeinated beverages.
