SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of an order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out Monday, except for statutory holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM EST usually ship same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the following day.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

Unfortunately, some orders could be lost in transit. An order is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 consecutive days without a tracking update. Although our shipping partners make successful deliveries the vast majority of the time, we cannot take responsibility for lost orders until the 15 days has past at we can file a claim. At that time we will be able to send a replacement.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us because of a incomplete or incorrect address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver the package to a correct address. We are not responsible for any lost orders if the incorrect address is provided at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

We stand by our happiness guarantee! If you ware unhappy with your mushrooms for any reason, be sure to reach out to support@freshcapmushrooms.com and we will make it right. Unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund. If you would like to make a return, please reach out to us directly for more information.
