Points can not be transferred to another client. Purchases from retail, third party websites or Amazon are excluded from the Shroomcoin program.

If any item for which you earned points is returned, the points earned in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account.

When you’re logged into your account, you can check your status, coin balance, activity, as well as redeem coins for rewards.

Click on the ‘Your rewards’ area to find out what rewards are available to you.

If placing a new order on our website, for the reward you want to redeem select “Apply Code” to automatically appear at checkout. If looking to apply your reward to your subscription account, log into your account, head to the subscription you would like to apply it to, select More then Apply Discount Code.

When you redeem available rewards, your points will be deducted from your account. Once you redeem your points for a reward, we are unable to re-issue them. If you decide not to purchase after redeeming, please make sure to save the code somewhere safe to use on a future purchase.

Rewards cannot be combined. Only one discount/promotion may be applied per order.

Coins will expire on a 1 year rolling basis. If you have not earned or spent any coins in the past 1 Year (365 days), your coins will begin to expire. For example, if you earned coins on January 1, 2020, those coins will expire on January 1, 2021 (the "Earning Period") unless they have been redeemed or additional coins have been earned.

We encourage you to stay an active member and redeem your coins often to ensure you experience the full benefits of the rewards program.

You can access your coins history in your Rewards Dashboard. You will also be notified via email when points you’ve earned are about to expire.
