After a long day, I often find myself exhausted and easily find ways to justify not going to the gym. (I'll go tomorrow I promise!)

The Green Boost recipe below is my go to quick natural energy booster before my workouts. This is an easy recipe, and if you’re a kombucha fan you will love it. If you’re not a fan of kombucha you can opt for green tea, raw apple cider or coffee. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, especially in the afternoon. The caffeine can leave me feeling jittery, and can really effect my ability to fall asleep at night. This green boost recipe is the perfect replacement! Ingredients:- 1 bottle GT’s Organic Raw Multi-Green Kombucha
- 1 scoop Hero2 Cordyceps Extract
2. Iced Blueberry Green Tea Boost
This drink needs a little more complex, but a great option for a natural pre-workout drink. Ingredients- 4 cups of water
- 3 green tea bags
- 2 cups blueberries
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Mint leaves
- Honey if desired
- 1 scoop Hero2 Cordyceps Extract
3. Pineapple Cider Vinegar Boost
