As disclosed in our Privacy Policy, FreshCap does not sell your personal information. However, we use common social-media-based advertising technologies, which is considered “sharing” under certain state laws and we keep your information in an internal database that is shared amongst brands under the same ownership as FreshCap, which can be considered a sale under certain state laws. This page allows you to opt-out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes and keeping your information in our internal database.
Please send an email to support@freshcap.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share my Personal Information.” In your email, please specify your full name, a description of your request, and whether you are submitting a request for yourself or on behalf of another individual. If you are making a request on behalf of someone else, we may require additional information from you to verify your identity. Upon receipt of your request, we will process it and respond within the timelines required under applicable law. If additional information is required from you, we will contact you using the email address you have provided.
Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least 12 months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights.
