A tasty way to add some mushrooms to any meal! Rub it on roasts, sprinkle it in salads, add to roasted potatoes.. you get the idea!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp rosemary, ground
- 8 tsp sea salt
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsp. Turkey Tail powder (or other mushroom powder of choice)
Preparation
- Grind rosemary in a herb grinder or coffee grinder. Add to a bowl.
- Add salt, garlic powder and Turkey Tail powder to bowl. Stir until combined and add to a glass spice container.
- Use your homemade herb salt in any recipes that would benefit from an extra punch.
