Reishi Yakitori Skewers

These tasty immune enhanced skewers will definitely leave you wanting more!  

Ingredients

Sauce
  • ⅓ cup tamari
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 2 scoops FreshCap Reishi powder
 
Skewers
  • 3 chicken thighs, sliced into think strips
  • 6 green onions
 

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until slightly reduced.
  2. Pour cooled sauce over chopped raw chicken and green onions to marinade for 2 hours to overnight.
  3. Thread marinated chicken and green onions onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high. Once the grill is hot add skewers and grill for four minutes on each side or until done.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
