It's time to turn up the flavor with this spiced up Chaga Chai Smoothie!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp CHAGA extract
- pinch black pepper
- Sweetener of choice (maple syrup, stevia or honey)
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
