INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp seed or nut butter
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tsp CHAGA extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Non-dairy milk can be anything, but we like coconut milk.
