INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 peeled lemon
- 1-2 inches of fresh turmeric
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp LION'S MANE extract
- Dash ceylon cinnamon
- Dash cayenne powder
- Stevia to taste (or other sweetener)
- Pinch black pepper
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy cold.
