Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium to large frozen ripe banana (peel, cut in half, and freeze)   
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini slices (rinse, slice, and freeze)               
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, or more for desired consistency 
  • 1 small pitted date         
  • 1 scoop unsweetened vegan vanilla protein powder       
  • 1 scoop FreshCap Lion's Mane powder           
  • 2 tablespoons organic rolled oats (sprouted if available)   
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:       

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.   
  • Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired thickness.
