Chimichurri is a South American sauce or marinade, typically used as a delicious topping for grilled meats. This recipe is super flavorful, quick to make and offers immune-boosting benefits with the addition of Turkey Tail mushroom extract. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 scoop Turkey Tail extract
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
- Mix together all ingredients. Cover generously with olive oil.
- Add Chimichurri as a topping to your favorite grilled meats or vegan replacements. Is also delicious added to pasta salad, roasted vegetables, rice, tacos, corn on the cob or combined with mayonnaise as a dynamite sandwich spread!
