Turkey Tail Turmeric Lemonade

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger
  • 1 small/medium turmeric root
  • 1 small beet, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp TURKEY TAIL extract
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of cayenne
  • Sweetener of choice
  • Ice (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and wash turmeric root, fresh ginger and beet.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately or store in the fridge for a day or two.
