How do I login and manage my subscription?

To login to your account, use this link here. 

Having issues logging in? Request account access here.

When attempting to login to your account that has not been activated, it will read “No account found with that email.”

Please check your junk/promotions folder, for your activation link.

The heading of this email will read “Customer account activation”.

If you can not find this email, please reach out to support at support@freshcap.com and we can resend your activation link. Once you have done this, you can login normally and make any changes to your account. 

Note: A subscription does not necessarily mean that you have an account.

How do I edit my shipping address?

There are two ways to update your shipping address. 

Method 1:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Addresses.
  3. Select Edit.

Method 2:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. In your Subscriptions, select Edit beside your address.

Note: Updating the shipping address on your account will not update an already processed order. Addresses cannot be modified on orders that have already been processed. If you have any issues, please reach out to support@freshcap.com

How do I edit my credit card and billing address?

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. Select Billing Information.

To edit your credit card information

  • Select Update card

To edit billing address

  • Select Edit

How do I change or cancel a subscription? 

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Subscriptions.

To edit your subscription

  • Select Edit beside the product you would like to change. Here you can change the quantity, how often it is delivered, the credit card on file and shipping address. 

To swap out a product on your subscription

  • Select Swap beside the product you would like changed. Here you can pick your new product and select the quantity and delivery schedule that works for you.

To cancel or remove a product from your subscription

  • Select Cancel beside the product you would like to cancel/remove.

To add a product to your subscription

  • Select Add Product, underneath the subscription box.
  • Add in the product as a subscription or one-time order.

Note: 

  • If an order has already been processed, this order can not be updated. Please contact support@freshcap.com for assistance. 
  • Creating a new subscription through our website and not through your account will create a brand new subscription order. Each box represents a separate subscription order. These orders will be shipped out separately. To combine the orders in your account, click here (Link to combine video) or feel free to reach out to support@freshcap.com for assistance. 

How do I combine my subscriptions to ship out together?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Subscriptions.

First you will need to cancel one of your subscriptions. Each box represents a separate subscription order, select the subscription order you would like to cancel

  • Select Cancel beside the product and select Cancel subscription. 

Next, add the product you would like to your other subscription

  • Select Add a Product under the subscription box that you would like the product to be added to.

How do I skip or change my upcoming renewal date?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. Select Delivery Schedule

To skip your upcoming subscription

  • Select Skip, this will adjust the date based on your frequency.

To change your subscription date

  • Select Edit, in here you can select Change next charge date and press save.
