How do I login and manage my subscription?

To login to your account, use this link here.

How do I edit my shipping address?

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Select Edit Info.
  3. Select Edit Shipping Address.
  4. Here you can edit your information and select Save.
Note: Updating the shipping address on your account will not update an already processed order. Addresses cannot be modified on orders that have already been processed. If you have any issues, please reach out to support@freshcap.com.

How do I edit my credit card and billing address?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Edit Payment Method.
  3. Select Update by Email, where you will be sent a secure link to update your credit card on file.
  4. Through this email, you can update your credit card information and billing address.

      How do I change or cancel a subscription? 

        1. Log in to your account.

        To change your products on your subscription

        • Select Edit Products 
          • To remove the product, select Reduce quantity by 1
          • To add a new product or increase quantity, select the product below you would like to add, this will appear in your subscription above.
          • Select Save once completed.

        To add a product to your subscription as a one-time purchase

        • Select the product from the TRY THESE WITH YOUR NEXT ORDER! Section and select Add 1-time.
        • This will automatically be added to your subscription.

        To cancel your subscription

        • Select Cancel, and confirm.

          Note: If an order has already been processed, you cannot update your order. Please contact support@freshcap.com for assistance. 

            How do I skip or change my upcoming renewal date?

            1. Log in to your account.

            To skip your next order

            • Select Skip and you will have options for your next delivery.

            To change subscription date and frequency

            • Select Set Next Date or Edit Frequency.
            • Select the date you would like your next order then select the frequency you would like it delivered. 
            • Select Confirm.

              How do I apply a discount to my subscription? 

              1. Log in to your account.
              2. Select Apply Discount Code.
