How do I login and manage my subscription?

To login to your account, use this link here. 

Having issues logging in? Request account access here.

When attempting to login to your account that has not been activated, it will read “No account found with that email.”

Please check your junk/promotions folder, for your activation link.

The heading of this email will read “Customer account activation”.

If you can not find this email, please reach out to support at support@freshcap.com and we can resend your activation link. Once you have done this, you can login normally and make any changes to your account. 

Note: A subscription does not necessarily mean that you have an activated account.

How do I edit my shipping address?

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. Select Shipping.
  4. Click the address you would like to update, and select Edit Address.

    Note: Updating the shipping address on your account will not update an already processed order. Addresses cannot be modified on orders that have already been processed. If you have any issues, please reach out to support@freshcap.com

    How do I edit my credit card and billing address?

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Select Subscriptions.
    3. Select Payment Methods.

    To edit your credit card information

    • Click on Edit Payment Method
    • Update the information and press Update Card

    To edit billing address 

    • Select the card on file and select Edit Billing Address 
    • Update the information and press Update 

      How do I change or cancel a subscription? 

      1. Log into your account.
      2. Select Subscriptions.
      3. Go to the product you would like to update and select Edit 
      4. Follow steps below to update the product subscription.

      Please note: This needs to be done per product on your subscription.

      To change charge date

      • Select Next Charge Date and update the date accordingly
      • If you want your order to be processed same day, select Order Now

      To change the frequency of a product 

      • Select Delivery Schedule and update to frequency that works best for you

      To swap out a product on your subscription

      • Select Product button and select Swap Product
      • Select your new product with frequency of your choice
      • Select Swap Product to update

      To cancel or remove a product from your subscription

      • Select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page

      To add a product to your subscription

      • In the Toss These In section, select the product you would like added
      • Add in as a One Time or Subscription

      Note: If an order has already been processed, you cannot update your order. Please contact support@freshcap.com for assistance. 

        How do I skip or change my upcoming renewal date?

        1. Log in to your account.
        2. Select Subscriptions.
        3. Select Delivery Schedule

        To skip your upcoming subscription

        • Select Skip, this will show the date your subscription will updated to
        • Select Skip to confirm

        To change your subscription date

        • Select Edit
        • Select Next Charge Date
        • Select a new date and select Update Next Shipment Date or select Order Now

        How do I apply a discount to my subscription? 

        1. Log in to your account
        2. Select Subscriptions
        3. Select the subscription you would like to apply the discount code to
        4. Select Apply Discount
        5. Enter the code and select Add Discount
