Each quarter you have the opportunity to obtain free products based on your sales revenue. Per quarter we reward free products based on these tiers:
Each quarter is based on the following schedule and you will receive an email on the dates provided below if you are eligible to obtain free products:
If your revenue falls into one of these tiers per quarter you will receive an email on the following month's payout date to notify you of your free product(s). From there you can pick what product(s) you would like and we’ll get them shipped out to you! Free product(s) must be claimed within 2 weeks of email notification.
There will also be opportunities to earn free products, extra commission bonuses, fun contests and more throughout the year. These opportunities will be announced in our bi-monthly newsletter, so be sure to check your email!
As a FreshCap Collective member you will have a custom link that is associated with your account. This link can be found in your account dashboard. This link will track any sales made for 30 days when your followers click the link.
If you have requested a custom 10% off discount code to share with your followers, any sales made using the code will also track all sales and be shown in your account.

How can I see my sales?
Just log into your affiliate dashboard, where you can view all sales, payment status, make your own unique links and all other relevant information.
Commission from any sales made will be paid to your PayPal account at the end of each month, for the previous month's commissions. Example, all commissions made in January will be approved and paid at the end of February.
Please make sure to include the correct email address connected to your PayPal account to ensure you get paid out each month. Without this, we cannot make payments to you.
It takes about 1-2 business days for a sale to show up on your account. A sale will also only be credited to you if you make sure that the person shopping clicked your link or used your code to visit the freshcap.com website. If it’s still not working, please email affiliate@freshcap.com with a screenshot of the checkout screen and we can fix any errors.
Starter Affiliate (0-1.5K following) and Standard Affiliate (1.5K-10K following) is someone who is excited about sharing their love for FreshCap on social media and is interested in collaborating with us for content creation, goodies and some promotions!
A Top Tier Affiliate (10K+ following) is an affiliate with an engaged social following and is looking to promote FreshCap products to their following online.
There are three commission levels: Starter Affiliates are eligible for 10% commission, Standard Affiliates are eligible for 15% commission while Top Tier Affiliates are eligible for 20% commission.
When you first sign up, you will receive a 30% discount code to stock up on FreshCap Mushrooms. Please note this can only be used once for one-time purchases only and cannot be combined with our bundles. The discount code is linked to your email and can be used at checkout once we have activated the code under your email address.
Hereafter, if you set up your 10% off discount code for your followers, you can use your own code for 10% off your personal orders. Commission will not be rewarded on personal orders, but you can still utilize the discount.

Log into your affiliate dashboard here, head to the Referral Code section and you will see Your Link. You can select copy and start sharing.
You can also shorten your link by heading to link options and selecting Shorten link (bitly).
Yes, you sure can! First find the page you would like to link to on the FreshCap website. Once you have found the product page or blog post, copy the URL.
Next, log into your affiliate dashboard and head to the Referral Code section. Head to the Link Options and select Create link to a specific page. Paste the URL from the FreshCap website into the pop up, then select Create Link. Here you can copy or shorten the link and start sharing.

Conversions will show as pending until approved. Conversions are approved at the end of each month, for the previous month's commissions. Example, January conversions will be approved and paid at the end of February.
