I’ve been taking the cordyceps and lion’s mane capsules for a few weeks now and I’m already feeling a difference in my mood, energy level and it’s been easier processing new information, and remembering things quicker. I was suffering from major brain fog, and was always tired and sluggish, but after being on these mushrooms for sometime now I am so glad I started. I definitely recommend. Also, I’ve been taking the turkey tail capsules all fall/flu season and even spend time with family and friends for the holidays and still have not gotten sick… yet. And I know for a fact it’s because of the turkey tail! Definitely recommend that one as well. I take the lion’s mane and cordyceps in the morning, and I take the turkey tail in the evening. I started off with taking just the mushroom complex capsules, which are also great. And I still take them now at lunch time. So if you don’t wanna spend the money on multiple bottles, at least get the mushroom complex capsules. These really do work!
