I really can’t say enough what these Ultimate Mushroom Complex have done for me!

I’ve been taking them for a year and a half, but it didn’t take more than six months, when I noticed that I wasn’t feeling as allergic to my son’s dog anymore, which at that time I was using an inhaler for asthma because it triggered my asthma when I was around it.

I have completely stopped using the inhaler for about one year now, it’s absolutely a miracle!

I also have some food intolerances…every time I ate anything with garlic, onion family and MSG (yeah “every” food has one or the other or all of them), my face swelled up and my head felt like it was going to blowup, but after taking the Ultimate Mushroom Complex for about one year, I’ve started eating small portions of food with garlic, onions and MSG. My face is not swelling up nor is feeling like blowing up anymore, unquestionably a miracle!

My memory has also improved somewhat, I can actually remember the names of the characters when reading my books, it’s a miracle!

I thank my niece every day for telling me about Fresh Cap. She was allergic to onions, not just intolerant, but about six months after taking Ultimate Mushroom Complex, she can eat any food with cooked onions, like a normal person can, without having any of the awful reactions she was having!

This stuff is amazing. Even if you may not like mushrooms this goes great in just about anything! Coffee, Tea, Milk, and even just water! Love this stuff

Both are proving to be very effective. I have used both in the same day and it can be a very intense feeling. I now use only the capsules for the most part but will put some powder in my coffee if I have a lot to do for the day. I am a fan and will continue to use both.

This powder saves me from opening multiple capsules every morning for making my my mocha/ mushroom coffee ensemble!

I drink coffee in the morning and have been adding a couple of scoops to my first cup, the taste is great; earthy, nutty, almost chocolatey. Do you think this combination is harmful to my getting the full benefits of the mushroom extracts? Does the acidity or other compounds in coffee interfere with bioavailabilty?
