I’m on a journey to improve my mitochondrial health and I think these mushroom capsules are a little gem. I’m taking them along with a few other supplements and I have finally started seeing improvements. I’m less tired, and I’m starting to lose a little bit of weight. Before I started on this journey, I had been gaining as much as 2 pounds overnight (not every night)! I think part of the problem was I was on the birth control pill, but even though I went to the gym five days a week, I couldn’t seem to shake off, the weight I had gained, or much less make it go down.
