Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Zucchini (makes creamy, great banana replacement)
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1/2 cup wild blueberries
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1 Tbsp. lucuma
- 1 cup Parsley (leaves only)
- 1 cup Cilantro (leaves only)
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 tbsp. Spirulina for protein
- 1/2 Tbsp. Chlorella
- 1 tsp TURKEY TAIL extract
- 1/2 tsp CHAGA extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Squeeze of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp CBD oil (optional)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
