INGREDIENTS
- One cup non-dairy milk
 - One frozen banana
 - One small carrot
 - 6 dates
 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
 - One teaspoon LION'S MANE extract
 - One teaspoon golden milk or turmeric latte spice mix
 - Half cup of ice cubes
 
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients into a blender, mix for 30-45 seconds on high, or until smooth.
