INGREDIENTS

  • One cup non-dairy milk
  • One frozen banana
  • One small carrot
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • One teaspoon LION'S MANE extract
  • One teaspoon golden milk or turmeric latte spice mix
  • Half cup of ice cubes

PREPARATION
