Almost done with my first jar. I take a scoop directly into my mouth every morning, along with the ultimate complex. Gives me the boost I need to get through the day. My mental clarity and focus seems a lot sharper, my mood is better, and I'm not dragging my feet halfway through my work shifts anymore. Definitely recommend and will be buying more.

We gave some to my friend’s dad who has dementia and he was able to sleep well. Hopefully, he’ll keep sleeping soundly and we’ll see some improvement with these capsules.

After taking the complex option myself and feeling more relaxed and like I have more of a hold on myself, I started my girlfriends dog on just the lions mane. Reason being she’s got a neuro disorder involving atrophy in the cerebellum resulting in a loss of balance/coordination. It’s been 2 months of June (dog) getting either the complex or just the Lions mane and we’ve seen massive improvements in her level of coordination and resulting confidence. She’s running in a stable fashion and can get off the couch without assistance. 10/10 recommend for a multitude of potential ailments (obviously this is one review, consult your doctor if you feel it necessary for opinions)

I take it twice a day, it seems to make a big difference for me. I don’t feel foggy when I take it. I think it also helps with my nerve pain!
