Mushroom Powered Honey Oat Latte 2 Ways
These are simple, quick and delicious ways to incorporate some functional mushrooms into your day. Take a break and blend up a Latte!

INGREDIENTS

Base
  • 8 oz. Barista Blend Oat Milk or milk of choice*
  • 1 heaping tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Coffee Version
  • 1 Mushroom Coffee stick
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Coffee Alternative Version
  • 1 heaping tsp Dandy Blend roasted dandelion root
  • 1 scoop Cordyceps Mushroom powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat milk on medium to medium high heat in a small saucepan.
  2. Add base ingredients to the milk.
  3. Choose your version and add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Use an electric frother or blender to mix together.
  5. Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy!
*Barista Blend Oat milk provides the richest experience, but I’ve also used unsweetened regular Oat milk and it’s just as tasty!
