This Helped Me
I've been taking Reishi Mushrooms to help me get my heart back to health after going through a grueling period of chemotherapy treatments I didn't want any more pharmaceuticals in my body and chose to do whole foods plus exercise. After a year-and-a-half of 99 beats per minute, I am now down to 70 beats per minute; blood pressure 100/70 and the chemo-caused heart murmur is now barely observable. I cannot say for sure how much of the improvement is due to Reishi, but I can say that I have been using it and the improvement is real.
