I had been taking Aleve on a daily basis for arthritic type aches and pains. I started the mushroom complex and within a couple of weeks I noticed that I was no longer needing Aleve, and no longer having the aches and pains. I’m assuming that is a result of the mushroom complex as I did not change anything else. I’m also Hopeful that I will obtain some increase in immunity while taking it. I’m not a coffee drinker, but put it in my tea every morning. It really does not change the flavor of my tea. Thank you fresh cap.
