"I have only been taking the extract for 9 days, but I am amazed! I have had chronic pain in my back and legs for over 2 years, 24/7. Conventional doctors offered no help. Some days I couldn't walk. Day 3 of the extract, I noticed my legs didn't hurt as much. I was skeptical, yet hopeful. Day 8, all pain was gone! Today is day 9 - still no pain! I have done nothing new, other than the extract! "I have tried many other brands four sigmatic, daily dose coffee+, Laird's, Mega Mushrooms/micro ingredients and a few others but the first I ever tried was freshCap. With that said I can enjoy freshCap daily and my gastro anthologist approved of this which he absolutely never approves anything, it has even helped improve digestive regularity as well. My diet is usually very bland these days with UCL l but not with freshCap! I can enjoy this daily however I choose to and with many added benefits. They have listed, you see benefits after a few days to weeks which is true I think. I immediately noticed less foggy brain in the morning and not to mention i remember what I've walked in that room for now!! I'm sure we've all had those moments where you go into s room for something and realized you've completely forgotten what you wanted lol my alertness is much better but not jittery by any means. I even use in the evening sometimes in my cocoa and I sleep much better and wake refreshed. I could go on about this product as I believe it's made an impact already in my life and health so I absolutely can not wait to see the benefits of using even longer as I'm only a month into using the ultimate mushroom complex powder and I plan to use from now on as a staple in my daily routine! I really don’t feel anything…but I know it beefs up our immune system…. so for that fact alone we will continue to use it! "I like the product a lot and I will keep using the product. I'm glad I tried this company. I am disappointed however in the optics of the product appearing to be much more than 2 ounces and in a 4 ounce plus plastic container. (not very ecological sound) Obviously if you blow up the picture is say 2 oz. but. . . . it appears much bigger in the pictures. I world is calling for a much higher integrity than we've ever had."
